Brewery Bavaria is one of the oldest breweries in the Netherlands. In 1719, Brewery 'De Kerkdijk' was mentioned for the first time. The Moorees family brewed craft beer there on a small scale. In order to remain assured of the very best quality, the Brewery Bavaria opened its own malt house in 1934. Since the beginning of the nineties, Brewery Bavaria also has its own natural mineral water source. This, in combination with its own malt house, means that almost the entire production chain is in-house. The brewery is thus assured of a consistent quality of its beers.

Dry/ish review

Sweet, hoppy and slightly floral aroma and taste, albeit slightly thinner than the best. Medium bodied, smooth feel in the mouth. Aftertaste is Very slight bitterness alongside sweetness. A little thin. Nice.
